A little about us.
Inside Out Occupational Therapy Group provides clinic, home and school-based services in Perth and surrounding suburbs for children, adolescents and families.
Emotional and physical wellbeing are intrinsically connected. We see children, adolescents and their families using a client-centred and holistic model of practice.
The occupational therapy services provided include individualized assessment, individual therapy sessions, group-based work, school-based support and liaison, parent consultation, parent therapy and family therapy.
Self-Regulation for School Aged Children
As each child and family is unique, our assessment and therapy process is tailored to meet individual needs.

From our 2024 OTX research study
Feedback from our Research
In 2024 we surveyed and interviewed 73 adolescents and caregivers who had been part of our occupational therapy service for at least six months, and presented the findings at the National OTX Conference in Perth. Here is a sample of the feedback families shared with us.
